Deseri Garcia and Amy Woodall are the founders of High Vibe Tribe Retreats. A casual conversation turned leap-of-faith has evolved into sold-out retreats around the world. Des and Amy are both business owners who could see the need for healing in the corporate world. Their retreats have taught many non-yogis and meditators how to create a practice that invites inner peace, self-love, and healing. Retreat Package Inclusions*

  • Pre and post-trip virtual gatherings to connect and get to know your Retreat Leaders as well as other HVT Retreat participants
  • Round trip private transportation between Liberia (LIR) Daniel Oduber International Airport and Blue Spirit Retreat Center 
  • 7-nights accommodations at a world-class yoga and meditation retreat center

  • Extraordinary setting located in Nosara, a Blue Zone region of the world where people live longer than average and are generally healthier than the rest of the world

  • Three (3) nourishing and locally farmed organic gourmet vegetarian meals and beverages (juices & teas) each day beginning with dinner on arrival day and ending with breakfast on departure day

*Your retreat package begins with private transportation from the Liberia Airport (LIR) to Blue Spirit Retreat Center, located on the southern end of Guiones Beach in Nosara, approximately 2.5 hours from the airport.

*After making a nonrefundable initial deposit to hold your spot, an Elevate Travel Co. team member will provide full details on how and when it's time to book your international flights to/from LIR Costa Rica.  Please note, if you book flights outside of the recommended group arrival and departure times, additional fees could apply.

Accommodations

Room categories are limited and subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Accommodations will be confirmed with a nonrefundable initial deposit and/or full payment to hold your spot. 

Superior Ocean View Room (Single or Double Occupancy)

This beautiful room is recommended for single occupancy (KING BED) however if you're comfortable sharing a King with your bestie, it's the best room on property! It has a step-out balcony, and a ton of windows with extraordinary ocean views. The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space with a private bathroom, air-conditioning, and an overhead fan. This room is located in the main building. 

Ocean View Room (Single or Double Occupancy) 

Enjoy a step-out balcony and beautiful ocean views. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for two people. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a private bathroom and solar hot water and air conditioning. This room category is located in the main building. 

Mountain View Room (Single or Double Occupancy)

Enjoy a step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for two people. It has a king-sized bed or two twins and a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. This room is located in the main building. 

Nature Suite (Single or Double Occupancy) 

The Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. With either 1 King or 2 twin beds, they are beautifully designed natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms (indoors) with a private enclosed outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite sleeps max two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk. All Suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the steps of the hill to the Main Building.

Hermitage Room (Single or Double Occupancy) 

The Hermitage rooms are located in the main building and provide privacy and elegance with a queen-sized bed along with a private bathroom, solar hot water, and air-conditioning. These rooms are smaller in size so best for those traveling solo however you can also share with a roomie and be in a Hermitage room with 2 twin beds 

Registration 

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. A $1,000 deposit is required to confirm your spot and the final payment is due on May 1, 2025. 

Please Note: all retreat package prices listed below are based on double occupancy pricing, or two people sharing a room. Should you prefer a room on your own, be sure to check the box for the single occupancy supplement and note that an additional charge of either $800 or $1000 will apply and be charged along with your initial deposit, depending upon which room category you choose. If choosing to pay by credit card, please note that you will be charged the 4% upfront of the grand total package price. 

Solo travelers seeking a roommate: If you are traveling solo and wish to share a room with another retreat participant, you can sign up in the room category of your choice without checking single supplement box and we will do our best to pair you up with those seeking a roommate in the same category (no guarantees but we do our best). If May 1, 2025 arrives (final payment date) and pairing up with another potential roommate in the same category is not looking like a possibility, the single supplement charge of $800 or $1000 (Superior Ocean View category only) will apply and be collected with final payment. 


  • Pricing is per person based on 2 people sharing (double occupancy). If you prefer to book this room for yourself (no roommate) please be sure to check the single supplement add on of $1,000 required for this room category. The room has a King Bed so if sharing in double occupancy, please be advised of bedding and have your roommate contact Elevate Travel Co. directly to get booked properly.

  • Package pricing listed is per person and based on 2 people sharing this room category. Located in main building with option of King bed or 2 twins.

  • Price is per person and based on 2 people sharing this room. King Bed or 2 twins, located in main building.

  • Price is per person and based on 2 people sharing this room. King Bed or 2 twins, located on the hillside, steps required to get to the main building.

  • This room category is really recommended for the solo traveler, with 1 queen-sized bed, located in the main building. For those seeking value who don't mind a smaller room category, Hermitage rooms with 2 twin beds will accommodate double occupancy as well. All Hermitage rooms are located in main building.

  • A supplement of $1,000 will apply and be charged with your initial deposit should you wish to book the Superior Ocean View Room Category as single occupancy.

  • A supplement of $800 will apply and be charged with your initial deposit should you wish to book Ocean View, Mountain View, Nature Suite, and Hermitage Room Categories as single occupancy.

Please note we will do our best to accommodate any roommate requests however they cannot be guaranteed. Due to limited space on the retreat and room inventory at the resort, you must either find a roommate to join you, or we can place you on a waitlist to see if we can pair you up with any other potential solo travelers requesting the same room category. All single occupancy rooms will be charged a $800-$1000 single supplement if a roommate pairing is not possible by the final payment date of May 1, 2025.

THIS IS A THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”). Please read it carefully before signing/accepting/acknowledging.

If you are obtaining a quote for and/or securing or procuring travel for more than just yourself, all references below to “I” (and derivations thereof, including without limitation “my” and “me”) shall be read to mean you on behalf of yourself and each individual within your group for whom you are obtaining a quote and/or securing or procuring travel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that Elevate Travel Co, LLC (hereinafter "ETC") is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold ETC responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

I accept that ETC is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control. Excepting only liability that directly arises from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of ETC, I will not hold it responsible for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer while on any third party provided or operated excursion or activity.

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact ETC if I have any questions. I understand that it is my responsibility to review the accuracy of all details in the travel quotations provided to me and to confirm the same to ETC.

I understand that all reservation fares typically involve restrictions (including, but not limited to, restrictions related to cancellation) and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas.

ETC has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of travel service providers selected for your tour, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, ETC recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at 1-888-407-4747 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, ETC recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at 1-800-232-4636 or www.cdc.gov/travel.

I assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of my destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.

The laws of the State of Indiana govern the rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement and the interpretation, construction, and enforceability thereof. I agree that any action or proceeding brought by me against ETC shall be brought solely in the courts of Indiana located in Marion County. In the event any action or proceeding is initiated by me in a court outside of Marion County, Indiana, I agree to pay ETC's costs and reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such action or proceeding.
