*If you are booking a double occupancy room and would like to be paired up with another participant looking for a roommate, we will do our best to make arrangements and introductions. Should a roommate not be possible, please be prepared to pay the single occupancy surcharge of $1,200 when final payment is due July 1st.
All payments are nonrefundable. The $1,000 initial deposit is due to reserve your spot and the final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on July 1st, 2024. If you would like to make an additional payment before the July 1st balance is due, special arrangements can be made.

*Please Note: Once we have secured all spots, we can assist in suggesting flights regardless of where you depart the U.S. to the nearest major airport in central Mexico (which is approximately 90 minutes each way) in hopes we can have everyone arrive/depart around the same time. Additional fees will apply for individual airport transportation.
Checked luggage fees may apply per air carrier regulations and will be the responsibility of each traveler.

Elevate Travel Co. will be providing special flight options to the best airport for this region of central Mexico. Below is a visual of where this magical city is on the map showing some of the major U.S. cities with flights directly into Leon and Queretaro Airport, both located approximately 90 minutes from the destination.
For those that are flying from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) we recommend the below American Airlines Flight.
Sunday, November 3
Depart IND at 6:01 a.m. (45 minute layover in DFW) arrive QRO at 11:02 a.m.
Friday, November 8
Depart QRO at 12:35 p.m. (1h 25 minute layover in DFW) arrive IND at 7:43 p.m.
If you prefer to take a different carrier or flights, keep in mind that you may incur additional surcharges for transportation to the resort. The airport is located 90 minutes away.
